Google Calendar integration synchronizes schedule events between HacknPlan and Google Calendar.

Supported event sources include boards, design elements, tasks, and stories with start or due dates.

Setup

Open Administration -> Integrations, then select New in the Google Calendar panel.

Authorize your Google account and return to HacknPlan to configure:

• Calendar: target calendar from your Google account
• Sync mode:
  • Google to HacknPlan
  • HacknPlan to Google
  • Bidirectional
• Add related HacknPlan users as attendees: available when syncing from HacknPlan to Google

After saving, an initial full synchronization runs. Duration depends on project size.
